Oakwood were the Main Contractor for this phased demolition and fit out of Banking Hall and Back Office for this prestigious Banking Organisation

Works included complete overhaul of Mechanical and Electrical services and was completed on Time and Budget to the clients specification which formed part of a Global Roll Out Refurbishment Programme.

It was important that during the construction and fit out works that the Bank remained trading and disruption to customers and staff was kept to a minimum. This was achieved through careful phasing and integration of the services.

ASCENT MEDIA

Refurbishment and upgrade of this Blue Chip Media clients front of house operations. The brief from client was to increase their working space allowing for a more efficient use of the area available whilst keeping the Reception and office area both vibrant and inviting. This was achieved by effective space planning of both the open and closed office and intelligent use of work stations and storage systems.

Oakwood provided a complete turn key service for this client as well as construction and installation of the specialist Joinery Cabinets and display areas.
